長浜研ではAAA型分子シャペロンタンパク質 NVL2が関わる細胞内のRNA代謝について研究しています。リボソームRNA、核内非コードRNA、pre-mRNAスプライシングなど、細胞内のRNA代謝に対するNVL2の機能を解き明かし、NVL2をターゲットとした抗がん薬の創薬基盤に繋げることを目標に研究しています。

RNA代謝研究に興味がある学部生・大学院生を募集しています‼️
