We investigate the roles of the AAA-type molecular chaperone NVL2 in cellular RNA metabolism, including ribosomal RNA processing, nuclear non-coding RNA metabolism, and pre-mRNA splicing.

Our research aims to elucidate the molecular mechanisms by which NVL2 regulates these RNA metabolic processes and to develop novel anticancer drugs targeting NVL2.
